We’re looking for dedicated coaches, trainers, and speakers who are ready to share their knowledge through workshops, seminars, and presentations. Your expertise will strengthen our volunteer teams and help ensure the success, safety, and sustainability of the Rave The Planet Parade and other projects.

What We’re Looking For:

You’re an expert in your field and eager to share your knowledge. Together, we’ll prepare our teams for their roles and build a strong, capable community. The areas where we seek support include:

1. Safety & Health:

• Self-defense
• De-escalation
• First aid

2. Communication & Psychology:

• Nonviolent communication
• Team-building
• Enhancing empathy, self-reflection, and communication skills
• Mental health

3. Diversity & Awareness:

• Anti-discrimination & fostering respectful interactions
• Anti-racism training
• Inclusion & accessibility
• Gender and LGBTQIA+ awareness

4. Environment & Sustainability:

• Sustainable event planning: strategies for waste reduction, resource conservation, etc.
• Raising awareness about environmental topics: teaching about waste separation, recycling, and protecting sensitive natural areas (e.g., Großer Tiergarten).

Your Profile:

• In-depth knowledge and practical experience in one or more of the topics listed above.
• Passion for sharing knowledge and working with diverse groups.
• A structured, empathetic, and solution-oriented approach to your work.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to explain complex concepts in an easy-to-understand way.
• Good German skills (at least B2) are desirable so you can communicate confidently within the team.
• Alignment with the values of Rave The Planet and the techno culture.
