Do you love nature and eager to make a difference for a more sustainable society? As the leader of our Eco Team, you will play a key role in organizing and implementing actions that protect the environment and help keep the parade, the Großer Tiergarten park, and Berlin clean.

Your Role:

• Plan, organize, and run three clean-up events every year.
• Coordinate the “Tiergarten Buddies” during the parade.
• Work closely with the Parks Department, the Berlin Waste Management Authority (BSR), and other partners.
• Assess and report on the outcomes of each event.
• Attend press meetings and public events.

What We’re Looking For:

• A responsible, organized person with excellent communication skills.
• A genuine interest in environmental and sustainability topics.
• Experience leading teams or managing projects (nice to have, but not essential).
• Good German skills (at least B2) are desirable so you can communicate confidently within the team. But don’t worry—if you’re unsure, we’ll always find a way to make it work.
• A passion for networking and working with people.
