#GreenSaturday: Let’s Clean Up Our Tiergarten!

Rave The Planet invites you to join us for our 10th Clean-Up Day! Together, we’ll keep our beloved Tiergarten clean, stand up for the environment, and show what our Techno community is all about: peace, love, unity, and respect—especially for the green spaces of our city.

We’re not just cleaning up trash; we’re also breaking stereotypes about ravers and techno culture. The environment and the Tiergarten mean the world to us, so let’s step up, take action, and send a strong, positive message!

📍 Meeting Point: 11:00 AM at Brandenburg Gate, Berlin

What We’ll Provide

We’ve got gloves, grabbers, safety vests, and trash bags ready for you, thanks to the BSR Kehrenbürger initiative. Of course, you’re welcome to bring your own gear too!

What to Wear

Wear sturdy shoes and weather-appropriate clothing. Don’t forget to check the forecast beforehand!

What’s #GreenSaturday?

It’s the Saturday after “Black Friday”, and we’re flipping the script—taking a stand against consumerism and waste to support a healthier planet.

“Black Friday” has grown into an entire “Black Week,” with billions spent on deals—many unnecessary—and mountains of trash left behind. Then comes “Cyber Monday”, fueling even more buying sprees at the cost of the environment, natural resources, and fair labor practices.

We’re saying: Enough! We’re transforming the Saturday after “Black Friday” as #GreenSaturday. Together, we’re making a statement for sustainability and a future where generations to come can still rave in peace.

Why the Tiergarten?

For us, the Tiergarten is more than just a park. As children of the Berlin Love Parade, it’s where we’ve celebrated our love for Techno, felt the freedom, and shared unforgettable moments of unity. Now, it’s time to give back and show the world that the Techno community takes responsibility—for our city, our culture, and our planet.
