This Jury Selected the Floats for Rave The Planet

The Float Committee is the jury that decides which floats will make it into the Rave The Planet Parade. It’s made up of Rave The Planet team members and independent cultural professionals who will evaluate the submitted concepts and select the best ones. The goal is not only to showcase the most exciting and creative entries but also to craft a parade that reflects the full diversity of the electronic music scene.

Aisha Muthesius

Aisha Muthesius

ClubCommission Berlin

Born and raised in Berlin, Aisha grew up in the heart of the city’s vibrant club scene. With a background in film and set design and years of experience in event management, she navigates the intersection of various creative worlds. For over a decade, she helped organize parties with a collective in various Berlin clubs, actively shaping the scene. Today, she works at ClubCommission, advocating for the interests of club culture. Her true passion is storytelling – whether it’s on paper, on the big screen, or through the energy of a single electrifying night in the heart of Berlin.

Alexander Kowalski

Alexander Kowalski

DJ, Live Act, Producer

Since the late ’90s, Alexander Kowalski has been an essential part of the Berlin techno scene. As a DJ, live performer, and producer, his signature sound has helped shape the development of German techno culture. Known for his releases on labels like Tresor Records and Kanzleramt, he’s created numerous timeless tracks. Kowalski is a regular guest at top international festivals, from Awakenings to Time Warp.

Through his label Damage Music, he continues to push boundaries in the electronic music scene while supporting new, talented artists. His unique style combines melodic elements with powerful basslines, thrilling fans around the world.

Artur Wojtczak

Music Journalist, Author

Artur Wojtczak is a key figure in Polish club culture. He writes for magazines like MIXMAG, DJ Mag, Electronic Beats, Muno.PL, and Groove, and is internationally active as a club promoter. As a co-author of 30 Years of the Polish Techno Scene, he chronicles the rise of electronic music in Eastern Europe. He’s an advocate for protecting clubs as cultural spaces and brings his wealth of knowledge about the global techno scene to the Float Committee.

Diana Alagić

General Management, Tresor Berlin GmbH

As a club manager, booker, and event organizer, Diana Alagić has insider knowledge of Berlin’s club and subcultures. She regularly organizes events, both locally and internationally for Tresor Records.

After a decade as Head of Booking, she took over as the managing director of Tresor Berlin in 2024. She’s also one of the co-founders of the Tresor Academy of Subcultural Understanding, a pilot project launched by the Tresor Foundation in 2023. The academy works with experienced researchers and local experts to help young people create sustainable subcultural spaces in their home cities.

Luanny Tiago da Conceição

COO, Berlin Music Commission

Luanny Tiago da Conceição is the COO of the Berlin Music Commission eG and a member of the advisory board of Musicboard Berlin. With her intercultural approach, she fosters networking and collaboration across different music scenes and cultures. In the Rave The Planet jury, she brings her expertise in the music industry and event management to support electronic music and culture, while integrating intercultural perspectives into the scene’s continued evolution.
