The Voices of the 2026 Parade
The Rave The Planet Parade isn’t just loud happening. It carries a message.
Our speakers bring the demonstration’s political demands to the streets, sharing personal stories, social perspectives, and strong points of view.
Voices from club culture, activism, research, and the international community take on our 10 core demands and the issues shaping our culture: peace, unity, inclusion, environmental protection, and the future of electronic music culture.
These speeches are not a side event. They are a core part of the demonstration — because techno culture deserves to be celebrated, heard, protected, and represented in the political arena.
JOINT OPENING SPEECH AT THE OPENING RALLY
This year, the Rave The Planet Parade will open with a joint speech by Rave The Planet, CSD Berlin, and Karneval der Kulturen. We started connecting more closely several months ago, with the goal of working together more in the future and standing united for an open, free, peaceful, and diverse society.
The joint speech was planned long before the recent events. However, following the attack on CSD, this show of solidarity carries even greater significance. While each of our movements has its own focus, we share the same foundation: respect, diversity, freedom, and peaceful coexistence.
Anna-Maria Seifert
CO-DIRECTOR, KARNEVAL DER KULTUREN
Anna-Maria Seifert has been working at the intersection of communications, culture, and live events for around 20 years. Today, her work focuses on culture and social participation.
As the founder of MAKAA Agency, she develops communications and funding strategies and works closely with clubs, collectives, and cultural institutions.
Since December 2024, she has been part of the leadership team at Karneval der Kulturen Berlin, where her responsibilities include communications, networking, and sponsorships.
Her goal is to use culture to create spaces for connection, visibility, and participation. She believes:
“Diversity grows in spaces where it can be seen, shared, and lived together.”
Julia Miosga
BOARD MEMBER, BERLINER CSD E.V.
Berliner CSD e.V. stands in the tradition of the 1969 Stonewall uprising and sees itself as part of the international LGBTQIA+ human rights movement. It also honors the gay men who were persecuted and murdered under National Socialism.
As an officially registered demonstration, Berliner CSD is based, among other things, on the right to freedom of assembly guaranteed by Germany’s Basic Law (Article 8). The organization aims to end legal inequality and discrimination based on sexual orientation and gender identity, while working toward a society in which everyone can live freely and authentically in all their diversity.
To achieve this, Berliner CSD focuses on visibility in public spaces, education, and collaboration with other human rights organizations to represent the interests of the LGBTQIA+ community in politics and society.
Ellen Dosch-Roeingh
PROJECT LEAD, RAVE THE PLANET PARADE
Ellen Dosch-Roeingh is a communications designer, Creative Director, and Head of PR at Rave The Planet. As Project Lead of the Rave The Planet Parade, she is also responsible for key areas of the demonstration’s strategic, communications, and organizational planning.
She has been deeply connected to techno culture since the 1990s. The Loveparade and Berlin’s club and festival culture shaped her understanding of techno as a culture that brings people together and has genuine social relevance.
Today, she combines creative and strategic work with cultural activism, advocating for the visibility, recognition, and long-term protection of techno culture. At the heart of her work are the values that have shaped this culture from the beginning: Peace, Love, Unity & Respect.
Andreas Puell
Float: Mauerpark-Love-Kommando
Alexander Puell, chair of Freunde des Mauerparks e.V., is deeply committed to keeping Mauerpark open, diverse, and shaped by culture. His goal is to make sure the park does not lose its character through green gentrification and become a sterile, overplanned public space. Instead, he wants it to remain a vibrant place for connection, creative freedom, and social diversity.
As a bridge-builder, he brings together local authorities, residents, and cultural communities to develop sustainable ideas that work for everyone. Puell believes that public spaces can only stay culturally and socially diverse when people are actively involved in shaping them.
Through this collaborative approach, Mauerpark can continue to be a place for real community, creativity, and positive change.

Andrés Angarita aka Angaro
Float: Animo pres. Hermesus
Angaro is a Berlin-based DJ and co-founder of Nie Wieder Schlafen, a music label and collective dedicated to melodic, emotional electronic music.
Originally from Cali, Colombia, he has called Berlin home since 2001 and has been behind the decks since 2013. His sound moves between House, Tech House, and Deep House, blending warmth, depth, and driving energy.
As part of Nie Wieder Schlafen, Angaro has played at the Never Sleep Again Camp at Burning Man, as well as at Berlin venues including KitKat Club, Mensch Meier, and Burg Schnabel.
Known for long, wide-ranging sets, Angaro believes in the power of dance music to bring people together — creating shared moments, open spaces, and real connection on the dance floor.

Angie Schulz

I do PR/Communications Management at Bootshaus Cologne and Nibirii Festival, two of the most important names in German electronic music. Press, artist relations, partnerships, that’s my everyday. What really drives me is protecting the spaces and the community that make this scene what it is. When I’m not at the club, you’ll usually find me training, I share my love for calisthenics and HIIT on social media and try to get others to just start moving.

Artur Wojtczak
Float: Culturama
Artur Wojtczak is a music journalist, club promoter, and one of the leading voices representing Polish club culture. As a writer and editor-in-chief, he has contributed to publications including Electronic Beats Poland, Mixmag Poland, DJ Mag, GROOVE, and FAZE.
Through projects such as House Nation Poland and Clubland Polska, he helps bring greater international visibility to Poland’s electronic music scene. He is also co-author of 30 Years of the Polish Techno Scene, the first comprehensive anthology of its kind in Eastern Europe.
At Rave The Planet, he advocates for the recognition of clubs as cultural spaces, the preservation of electronic music culture, and stronger connections across the European scene.

Bahar
Float: 3iS ✕ The Bootcamp Goa
Bahaar is a DJ and environmental activist from the Dehradun Valley in northern India. Alongside her work in electronic music culture, she is committed to environmental responsibility and building a more sustainable future.
Through local initiatives and community-led projects, she raises awareness around environmental issues and inspires people to take meaningful action. Her work brings together music, community, and a shared commitment to a cleaner, more livable planet.

Buyana Tsogtsaikhan
Float: Vibration Berlin
Buyana Tsogtsaikhan represents Vibration e.V., an independent Berlin-based cultural organization connecting artists and cultural creators from Europe and Mongolia. Its work centers on cultural exchange, interdisciplinary collaboration, and bringing Mongolian traditions together with electronic music, performance, and visual art.
At Rave The Planet, Buyana speaks about music as a universal language and the power of independent culture to cross borders. Drawing from Mongolia’s underground scene and Berlin’s club culture, she advocates for mutual understanding, artistic freedom, and the protection of independent cultural voices.

Chris Beier
Float: Human Colours
Chris is a dreamer, project developer, and connector with a strong focus on cultural, creative, and socially relevant projects. He and his team are currently developing Human Colours Berlin and Burlesque Inferno.
Through Human Colours Berlin, he champions diversity, visibility, and creative exchange between people from different backgrounds. The project creates spaces for connection, art, culture, and social dialogue, bringing creative expression together with a clear commitment to openness and diversity.
At the same time, Chris is developing Burlesque Inferno, a modern platform for burlesque, variety, and creative performance. The project combines artistic excellence, entertainment, and community building, creating new opportunities for artists, performers, and culture lovers.
His work brings together an entrepreneurial mindset and a passion for culture, creating projects that inspire people, build connections, and make a lasting impact.

Chris-Maico Schmidt
& Noah Levin

At Rave The Planet, Chris-Maico Schmidt and Noah Levin represent two generations of electronic music culture.
Chris-Maico Schmidt is one of the founders of EVOSONIC Radio and has been part of the electronic music scene since the 1990s as a DJ, producer, radio host, and cultural advocate. Launched in 1997, EVOSONIC became one of the first independent radio stations for electronic music in the German-speaking world.
Noah Levin represents the next generation of electronic music culture. As a DJ, host, and member of the EVOSONIC family, he stands for the ongoing evolution of a culture that keeps moving forward while staying connected to its roots.
In their joint speech, they explore electronic music as cultural heritage, the responsibility of passing culture on, and the importance of independent media and artistic freedom in a world increasingly shaped by algorithms.

Dagmara Łata a.k.a. dagawashere
Float: Underbridge
Dagmara Łata, also known as dagawashere, is a photographer, art historian, educator, and member of the Underbridge Collective. Since the early 2000s, she has been documenting electronic music culture across Poland and Europe, building an ongoing visual archive of dance floors, raves, and the communities around them.
Her work focuses on movement, connection, and the values at the heart of club culture: openness, inclusion, tolerance, and mutual inspiration. At Rave The Planet 2026, she will speak about peace, disarmament, and our shared responsibility to create nonviolent spaces – on the dance floor and beyond.

Dennis Goretzka
Float: N8klang meets Akustikkuss
Dennis Goretzka is the founder of N8KLANG and co-initiator of the N8KLANG meets Akustikkuss float. Through his technical and organizational work for Rave The Planet and other demonstrations, he has been actively involved in Berlin’s event and club culture for several years.
With his float project, he stands for respect, diversity, unity, and the protection of electronic music culture. In his speech, he explores why clubs, creative spaces, and community-led cultural projects need long-term support, protection, and greater recognition.

Dr. Motte
Float: Rave The Planet
Dr. Motte is a DJ, producer, and co-founder of Berlin’s Love Parade. Since 1993, fans have celebrated him as the “Father of the Love Parade.”
He has been behind the decks since 1985 and has played a defining role in shaping techno culture in Germany and far beyond. In 2025, he celebrated 40 years as a DJ.
As the volunteer Managing Director of the nonprofit rave the planet gGmbH, he is dedicated to protecting, advancing, and gaining greater recognition for electronic music and club culture. His work is rooted in peace, diversity, and community. With tireless energy, he brings people together — loud, political, and driven by a deep love for techno.

Eva-Marie Deckers

Eva-Marie Deckers is committed to building a society that effectively protects people affected by discrimination and violence. As a legal advisor and head of the Berlin office of Feminist Law Clinic e.V., she provides free, volunteer-based legal support to those seeking help.

Florian von Hoyer
Float: Paradise Worldwie
Florian is a strategic advisor, Chief Growth Officer, and leadership coach in the independent music industry. As a founder and contributor to associations, cooperatives, and joint ventures including Merlin, WIN, and UFI, he has spent many years helping build strong and sustainable structures for independent music companies.
As Chief Commercial Officer at AIxchange, he works to ensure that songwriters, producers, publishers, and other rights holders are fairly compensated in the age of AI.

Ingwer Soerensen
Float: Naughty Vibes
Ingwer is the founder and Managing Director of Naturally Naughty and a co-initiator of the Naughty Vibes float at Rave The Planet 2026. A longtime part of Berlin’s cultural and event scene, he stands for openness, diversity, self-determination, and mutual respect within communities.
In his speech, he explores the cultural and social importance of electronic music culture and our shared responsibility to preserve spaces where people can connect, feel accepted, and build community.
Together with Minimal Vibes, he works to make the values of electronic music culture more visible and to strengthen recognition of its contribution to society.

Jay Ahern

Jay Ahern is Chief Strategy Officer at the Association for Electronic Music (AFEM), the global trade association representing the electronic music ecosystem.
He leads strategic work across music technology, AI, metadata, and rights management. By bringing together creators, companies, and collective management organizations, he helps develop practical, future-ready solutions for electronic music culture.

junk-E-cat is a Berlin-based musician, DIY artist, and host of the JUNK-E-Event float. With “Harry,” a 1975 fire truck transformed into a mobile show truck, he stands for grassroots culture, collaborative projects, and creative independence.
In his speech, he talks about the value of handmade music and artists’ rights in the age of AI. His message is clear: culture needs recognition, fair conditions, and spaces where creativity remains accessible to everyone.

Kids Rave is an international community of young DJs, bringing children from different countries, cultures, and backgrounds together through electronic music. It creates safe, supportive, and family-friendly spaces where young talent can grow, perform, and become part of music culture.
At Rave The Planet 2026, the kids speak with one shared voice for the next generation – for peace, creative freedom, the protection of cultural spaces, and a future where music brings people together.

Laura Setzer

Laura is a community and cultural designer with Sapphic Pearls, a Frankfurt-based FLINTA* network and collective. Her work focuses on creating safer spaces, increasing visibility, and shaping cities in ways that support diversity and shared use.
In her speech, she explores how music creates connection and can help make cities more open, supportive, and sustainable. Under the theme “Imagine Love,” she brings together respect, diversity, and collective responsibility – on the dance floor and beyond.

Maik Jech &
Marcel Westhoff
Float: Der Weiße Hase
Maik Jech, operator of the Berlin club Der Weiße Hase on the RAW grounds, and Marcel Westhoff of Moonsettlers Riot Creterium are committed to protecting club culture and preserving spaces for independent culture.
In their speech, they address war and peace, social division, and the role of culture as a space for connection. Using the RAW grounds as a real-world example, they link these issues to the demand to “Save Our Clubs and Music Culture.”
Under the guiding idea of “Imagine Love,” they call for more humanity, active listening, and stronger social unity.

Maik Müller

Maik Müller is Head of Content & Programming at SUNSHINE LIVE, where he leads the station’s overall editorial and programming direction. With many years of experience in radio and media, he has a strong instinct for trends, compelling content, and, above all, the people behind the audience.
His goal is to create programming that does more than inform or entertain – it should connect, resonate, and feel relevant. With an open ear for the world around him, he continues to shape the station around the issues and ideas that matter to people.

Originally from Regensburg and now based in Munich, Man With White Gloves is not only a talented musician, but also holds a Master of Science in physics from a Munich university.
His scientific background has shaped his ability to look at complex issues with clarity and objectivity. Concerned about the steady loss of clubs and cultural venues, he will speak at the Rave The Planet Parade about why spaces dedicated to electronic music deserve protection and long-term support.

Marc Wohlrabe

Marc Wohlrabe is a co-founder of Clubcommission Berlin and has been a leading voice for club culture and nightlife for many years, in Berlin, across Germany, and at the European level.
As a board member of LiveKomm, the German association for live music venues, and Live DMA, he advocates for the political interests of clubs and music venues. His work focuses on urban development, noise protection, and the policies that shape the future of cultural spaces.
Together with Raimund Reintjes, he launched Stadt Nach Acht, an international conference on nightlife and urban culture.

Marian Benkert

Marian Benkert, also known by his artist name Mad Brother, has been a driving force in the electronic music scene for more than 15 years as a DJ, event manager, and artist manager.
He is the founder and creative force behind INNER CIRCLE AGENCY, a management, booking, and event agency based in Germany and Spain. Through the agency, he represents international artists and produces events across Europe.
Together with INNER CIRCLE AGENCY and the GROOVEMENT label, Marian has worked with renowned acts including Charlotte de Witte, Reinier Zonneveld, Coyu, Kolter, Noir, and Audiojack, helping bring memorable events to life. His work spans communication, marketing, event production, and talent management, always with the goal of turning his artists’ creative visions into reality.
For the past five years, he has also been a host and core team member of the Berlin Dance Music Event, a multi-day industry gathering that brings together professionals and electronic music fans through conferences and club nights.
As Mad Brother, he is known for high-energy DJ sets that blend House and Techno in a natural and dynamic way. His passion for electronic music and long-standing commitment to the scene make him an influential voice and active force within the industry.

Marwan Walid

Marwan, also known as WAN, is a Berlin-based DJ and producer with Egyptian roots. At just 23 years old, he has already established himself as a rising voice in the electronic music scene.
As the founder of the Delete Collective and a resident DJ at the club behind his float crew, he is closely connected to Berlin’s club culture. He has performed at venues including Club OST, Lokschuppen, and Aeden, and has appeared on lineups alongside artists such as Charlotte de Witte and Adam Beyer.
At Rave The Planet, WAN brings the perspective of a young artist, promoter, and member of Berlin’s international club community.

Mertcan Yildiz
Float: Rave for Peace
Mertcan Yildiz is 18 years old and is running for the Berlin House of Representatives as a BSW candidate in the Friedrichshain-Kreuzberg 3 district.
As a young political candidate, he believes that peace, social justice, and a livable future must include the voices and perspectives of young people. After all, his generation will have to live with the long-term consequences of military buildup, cuts to social services, and political decisions that fall short.
On the Rave for Peace float, Mertcan will speak about political participation, social responsibility, and the importance of policies that reflect the interests of society as a whole.

Michael, also known as LÖNNI, is a Frankfurt-based event organizer and DJ. As a co-founder of Kunstfreiheit, he helped launch the city’s bicycle raves.

Michael Weicker

Michael Weicker is CEO of Metropole Agency and manager of Pan-Pot.
With more than 30 years of experience in the music industry, he combines international booking expertise with strategic artist management. His deep understanding of electronic music, touring, and long-term artist development has made him one of the scene’s most experienced industry professionals.

Nadine Königsmann

Nadine Königsmann has been a fixture in Berlin’s club scene for many years, bringing her sound to a wide range of audiences. She regularly plays at the legendary KitKat Club and Lokschuppen, as well as at special events in venues including Kater Blau, Club OST, House of Weekend, and Metropol.
Beyond the club scene, she is equally committed to social change. In her professional role, she helps organize Berlin’s Lesbian and Gay City Festival, Europe’s largest festival against violence and discrimination. Through her dedication to diversity, tolerance, and mutual respect, she brings music and social engagement together in a powerful way.
Nadine stands not only for high-quality electronic music, but also for a clear set of values: openness, joy, and the power of music to bring people together.

Nina & Daniel Huscher

Nina and Daniel are the founders of Minimal Vibes and co-initiators of the Naughty Vibes float. They have been part of electronic music culture for many years and are committed to community, independent cultural spaces, and preserving the values that have shaped club and rave culture for decades.
Through their shared project, Naughty Vibes, Minimal Vibes and Naturally Naughty bring together music, community, creativity, and conscious hedonism. Their goal is to connect people and create spaces where freedom, respect, diversity, and care for one another can truly be lived.
In their speech, Nina and Daniel explore the social importance of electronic music culture as a space for connection, creativity, and participation. They advocate for the long-term protection of clubs, independent cultural spaces, and electronic music as a living form of cultural heritage.

Oliver Steffke
Float: Ellen Noir
Oliver Steffke, better known as “The Harlekin,” is a co-organizer of the Ellen Noir float and has been a familiar voice on board for many years. This year, he will once again deliver the float’s traditional speech, focusing on a cause that is especially close to his heart: protecting club culture.
As a DJ who has been part of the electronic music scene since the 1990s, Oliver and the Ellen Noir team have witnessed the industry’s evolution up close for decades. He sees the challenges facing clubs today not only from a professional perspective, but from a deeply personal one as well.
At a time of growing economic and social pressure, protecting independent cultural spaces is more important than ever. And it is no longer only clubs that are affected. Festivals and many other parts of the electronic music scene are facing the same challenges. Through his speech, Oliver wants to raise awareness and stand up for the future of electronic music culture.

Patrick Ehrhardt

Patrick Ehrhardt has been an active and influential part of Berlin’s cultural sector, as well as the national and international scene, for nearly two decades. After many years working across festivals and club culture, he went on to hold a wide range of roles in cultural and social organizations, including Berliner CSD e.V. and the Verein zur Förderung der Popkultur.
His professional background includes positions as a brand and festival manager, as well as project lead for major events such as Lollapalooza Berlin and SUPERBLOOM. He has also worked in project management, curation, content, and partnerships for a wide range of high-profile events, including the Special Olympics, Festival of Lights, WorldPride, GMF, Melt and splash!, Berlin Pride Month, and AQUAHÖFE Berlin.
As a cultural and queer culture expert, Patrick advises companies and cultural institutions, works as an activist, and is involved in numerous queer projects and artist collaborations.
He has also spent many years working across Europe as a promoter and booker. One of his key passions is developing and curating conferences and panel discussions. His work in this field includes formats such as Future of Festivals, the East European Music Conference, and Eurosonic Noorderslag.

Paula Hilton

Paula Hilton ist DJ und Produzentin aus Berlin – tief verwurzelt in der Clubkultur der Stadt und fest etabliert in ihrer Underground-Szene. Mit Residencies bei Four Play im KitKat Club sowie im Waagenbau in Hamburg prägt sie regelmäßig die Nächte der Hauptstadt und tritt darüber hinaus bei hochkarätigen Events in ganz Deutschland auf.
Als Tochter gehörloser Eltern fand Paula Hilton erst später zur Musik – dafür mit umso größerer Intensität. Für sie bedeutet Musik nicht nur Klang, sondern ein körperliches Erlebnis, das tief geht und verbindet.
Die Rede wird sie gemeinsam mit ihrer Mutter halten, die die gesprochen Worte in Gebärdensprache übersetzt.

Rainald Goetz

Rainald Goetz wurde am 24.Mai 1954 in München geboren. Er ist ein bedeutender deutscher Schriftsteller und Dramatiker, der für seine experimentellen Texte und seinen innovativen Stil bekannt ist.
Goetz studierte Geschichte, Theaterwissenschaften und Medizin.
Er trat 1983 mit seinen Roman „Irre“ in die Öffentlichkeit.
Es folgten Werke wie „Kontrolliert“, „Festung“, „Abfall für Alle“, „Celebration“, oder „Johann Holtrop“.
Auf der Dance Szene tauchte er bereits in den 80er Jahren auf und wurde in den 90ern Stammgast bei vielen Raves und Clubs around the world und wurde in dieser Welt spätestens durch seine Erzählung „Rave“ (1998) berühmt. Zusammen mit Westbam veröffentlichte er „Mix Cuts & Scratches“, ein Interview Werk über die Kunst des Dj-ing. Die beiden Künstler arbeiteten auch als Regisseure des bekannten Videoclips „Beatbox Rocker“ zusammen.
Rainald Goetz ist ein unermüdlicher Krieger gegen die Fesseln der Beschränktheit und plant als nächstes eine Rede bei Rave the Planet Demonstration.

Robert Nitzsche a.k.a. Rob Robsen ist ein Berliner Techno-DJ, Musikproduzent und Gründer des Labels Rawtune Records. Seit 2020 produziert er Musik, seit 2021 steht er selbst als DJ hinter den Decks.
Sein Sound ist stark von der Vielfalt der Berliner Clubkultur geprägt. Dabei geht es ihm nicht nur um Energie auf dem Dancefloor, sondern auch um die Kultur, die hinter elektronischer Musik steht.
Als Redner bringt Rob Robsen seine Perspektive als Künstler, Produzent und Teil der Berliner Technoszene in die Rave The Planet Parade ein.

Robin Pfeiffer ist Co-Founder des HIVE & Ferra Festivals, Betreiber des DSTRKT Clubs in Berlin, Co-Founder der AMPLIA Berlin Artist Agency und leidenschaftlicher DJ. Außerdem hat er mit United We Stream während Corona in einer Zeit des Stillstands maßgeblich einen wichtigen musikkulturellen Beitrag geleistet, der die Emotionen der großen Venues und Festivals in unsere Wohnzimmer geholt und damit in unseren Herzen hat weiterleben lassen.
Man könnte also sagen, dass er die Möglichkeit hatte die Branche aus allen Blickwinkeln zu durchleuchten. Robin ist hinreichend dafür bekannt, Lösungen in Situationen zu finden die andere als Probleme, er aber als Herausforderung zu meistern sieht. Er begeistert Menschen mit seinen einzigartigen Konzepten über die Grenzen der musikalischen Genres und Generationen hinaus.
Unter dem gemeinsam mit dem BCCO geschmiedeten Motto – STOP Wars – START Raves – legt er den Finger in die Wunde eines Themas, das die jetzige und kommende Generationen begleiten wird. Dennoch verliert er nicht die Zuversicht, an die Kraft der gemeinsam geschaffenen Erlebnisse und daraus hervorgehenden Liebe und Verbundenheit zu appellieren. Seine Rede formuliert eine Brücke der beiden Hauptthemen, durch die der Float uns über den Tag hinaus mit seiner Strahlkraft begleitet. STOP Wars – START Raves – IMAGINE LOVE!

Steffen ist Labelhead von Droomschipp Records und seit über 20 Jahren als Artist in der elektronischen Musikszene aktiv. 2007 zog es ihn nach Berlin – inspiriert von der musikalischen und kulturellen Vielfalt der Stadt. Dort entstand die Idee für Droomschipp, das sich seither zu einem aktiven Kollektiv aus verschiedensten kreativen Köpfen entwickelt hat.
Im Zentrum seines Schaffens steht die Vision eines offenen und wertschätzenden Miteinanders – fern von Vorurteilen, starren Denkmustern und einschränkenden Glaubenssätzen.
