Street Parade 2025 Recap
“Celebrating Decades of Dedication” – with this message, Rave The Planet joined the legendary Street Parade in Zurich for the very first time this year. And what can we say? Pure magic.
5 Years of RTP & 40 Years of Dr. Motte
Why we brought a Love Mobile to the Street Parade? 2025 is all about milestones! We’re celebrating 5 years of Rave The Planet gGmbH and 40 years of Dr. Motte behind the decks.
With the sun blazing and temps hitting well over 30°C, around 800,000 people danced around Lake Zurich – loud, peaceful, colorful. Live Love, Love Life. The energy was unreal – you danced, smiled, hugged it out and brought the spirit of Love, Peace, Unity & Respect to the streets.

Following the Mission: We came to build bridges – between Berlin and Zurich, between two scenes that don’t just love techno, but live it as cultural heritage.
Both cities got techno culture officially recognized as intangible cultural heritage – and that’s more than just symbolic. It’s a real acknowledgment of our community, our sound, and our values.
Our Sound? Diverse. United. Loud.
Our float brought the pressure – big time. Behind the decks (A–Z):
Each artist brought their own flavor – from driving and deep to bouncy and playful. Standing still? Not an option.

Flower Glitch & Rainbow Power
Visually, we went all in – as always. Our motto: “UNITED WE RAVE – Decades of Dedication”
Futuristic glitch aesthetics met blooming flower power – a fusion of Techno & Nature Love, raw and soft, loud and tender.
And the rainbow glitch? Not a coincidence. Some might see it as just a visual element – for us, it’s clear: Queerness is part of our culture. That simple.

Honestly, we couldn’t have asked for a better setup. Jörg from Paradeking.de provided the perfect vehicle – fully equipped, smooth ride, and everything a raver’s heart could want.
And Chris (a.k.a. Sylent) nailed the logistics. The whole operation ran like clockwork – solid, smooth, and with a lot of heart.
For us, it was a total carefree package – we didn’t have to worry about a thing and got to fully enjoy our 5-year anniversary and Dr. Motte’s 40 years of DJ history.
