7. Clean-Up Day in Berlin

Rave The Planet // Crew & Volunteers

For the 7th Clean-Up Day of Rave The Planet, we’ve chosen the “International Dance Day” again. Since 1982, it’s been happening every year on April 29th, celebrating dance as the world’s universal language. The action day was initiated by the Dance Committee of the International Theatre Institute (ITI) of UNESCO.

At Rave The Planet, it’s important to us to leave a livable planet for future generations to dance on, and we warmly invite all of you to join us.

Through our clean-ups, we promote environmental education, solidarity, participation, inclusion, health through movement, and democracy. Are you in?

COME & JOIN IN!

Let’s get active together! Let’s act sustainably, have fun, listen to music, and dance while we clean up the Großer Tiergarten again, taking responsibility together.

📅 Monday, April 29, 2024, from 3:00 to max. 6:00 p.m.
📍 Meeting point: right at the Victory Column, Berlin

Safety note: Please use the designated tunnel to the Victory Column to cross the Großer Stern. Thank you!

MATERIAL & CLOTHING

Please, depending on the weather forecast, make sure to wear sturdy shoes, appropriate clothing, and don’t forget to pack yourself some drinks and maybe a snack. Don’t worry, we’ll have water and snacks on hand too.

If you’d like, you can also bring your own music and headphones.

For our 7th Clean-Up Day, we’ll be supported again by the “Kehrenbürger” project of the Berlin City Cleaning BSR. Many thanks for that!
